okay $100 for one of them?

that's pretty cheap isn't it? unless the kid is defective.|||Quote:

Not defective at all. But sadly, there is truth to what I said. I've read news from the Philippines about squatter families sell their children for P5,000.00, which is $100. |||I wonder what that buys in the Philippines though?|||If the Phillipines is anything like Vietnam, 100 USD can buy a lot.|||Quote:

pay attention...it buys a non-defective child.|||I think it's moreso, I hear of people going there to get dirt cheap knock-off electronic goods and things all the time.

So... you're saying she could sell her non-defective child and buy a new one? I assume this is some sort of tax-evasion thingy.|||If she becomes a prostitute, and gets AIDS, and dies, leaving her children without a parent...is it still compassionate?|||Quote:

To die trying to protect what you love? Yes that is the height of compassion. The lack of compassion comes from the AIDS carrying man who knowingly infected her and those that would have no sympathy for her.|||So, leaving your children as orphans is compassionate and showing your love?|||Quote:

Considering the length of time it takes for AIDS to go full-blown and kill her, she probably gave her kids at least a few more years of life. Should she have let them all starve earlier rather than later?
