Best Irish/Celtic punk band? - Page 2

Yeah all 3 of those are awesome. I saw Floggin' in Toronto, and it was awesome. The mosh pit was bloody!|||Great Big Sea

Spirit of the West

The Real MacKenzies|||Dropkick Murphys did "Tessie," right?|||Quote:

The real punk probably never even reached your continent, Dondrei!

Yah, it didn't.|||Flogging Molly, absolutely. One of my favorite bands. I finally saw them live last Fall. The most insane crowd I've ever been in. There was no pit; the entire place was crashing wall to wall. Absolute ruckus for a straight hour, it was amazing.|||Punk and best? These terms are mutualy exclusive, I thought everybody had realized that by now.|||Yeah, punk rock is definitely far from music. At least the good kind of music.|||Glad to see there are plenty of metal fans on these forums.

Yep.

Both Dropkick and Flogging Molly have great concerts, even if they are loaded with Irish Pride douchebags. Being Irish isn't particularly novel in America, but I guess if that's the most interesting thing about you, have at it.|||Quote:

Flogging Molly is good stuff.

Tis the age of the internet. Everything reaches everywhere. For better or worse.|||Therapy? Are the best irish band.
