Germans often seem to admire those who defeated them. That won't last forever and it doesn't apply to everybody, but I guess the Germans actually favour Japan. Besides, if the US wins, they would have won three championships and Germany only two, that would be statistically unpleasant and I like statistics .|||Please, it's called football.|||Yeah, let's call the other thing soccer!
