I think it needs to be something real.|||then a cute little kitten that grows up to be the best housecat ever! seriously! i'd be your best friend and love you to death.

or maybe i should be a puppy. idk. i just hope i wouldn't get a bad life (being mistreated, hungry, street, etc.) and if i did, use my cuteness to woo some humans over to give me some food. how do you think my cat won me over?|||You better not shed Leopold Stotch. <cat

You better not mess in the house Leopold Stotch <dog

Hmm.. I did like the flaming ball of doom kitty. That would be sick.

Elephant. They seem like they have it pretty easy. No real predators. Slow, easy going, relaxed.

edit: I have a cat and a puppy: I found my cat inside my house actually when he was a kitten. Love him to death. My pup is a good one. Only thing I don't like about the both is stated above. I'm not shaving my cat and the dog will eventually quit.|||Quote:

Actually, I am looking up many of these animals to see which really wins over in various ways. A cat would indeed have a good chance of living in the lap of luxury. Can you imagine never having to worry about food, fleas, etc while 99.99% of your animal brethren suffer in the wild? Unappreciated trips to the vet for health check ups, for animals! For shame!

nurman as a sloth...after reading about sloths on wikipedia, he may win out in quick death by electrocution or getting shot by poachers. Quick and painless. Slow metabolism and lots of population biomass (successful creatures, apparently) and safe trees prevent starvation or being brutally eaten alive. Since they hang upside down with claws (asleep) so often, they can actually get shot and never fall out of their tree. How many animals get to say "screw you" to the hunter?

Seems like an effort to find a mate, though. Two meters of movement per minute, lol. Then again, they also avoid predation by moving so slowly.|||Quote:

That's me, no 'Squatch sightings round these parts, m8.

For something like a cat it would sort of be location dependant though. Say you were a cat in some small town in Asia where you were caged and sold for your meat, or a stray cat in some third world country, as opposed to being a cat in America where you're treated like royalty.

Most (if not all) animals have at least one predator, even if it is humans. Although some are much better off than others.|||Shaigon, are you French Canadian? it appears to be the region, but the map's pale colors suck! XD
